Our Leadership
The Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce is not-for-profit organization led by a Board of Directors, the members of which represent a wide spectrum of businesses in our community.   Each Board Member volunteers their time and leadership skills to the Chamber and to its members for the betterment of the business community and the community as a whole. This governing body meets monthly and oversees the Chamber’s financial policies, direction and programs to best represent its members.
 
The Foundation Board of Directors governs the charitable donations that go into the foundation established by the Chamber as it is a non-profit 501(c)(3).   This foundation exists to support and assist the Chamber in its community development activities. For example, the scholarship account exists to provide scholarships to local students.
 
The daily operations of the Chamber are managed by a professional staff, which is responsible for executing the overall vision, and annual business plan, established by the Board of Directors.
