Entech Named 2015 Small Business of the Year

By: Christine Ross, MBA, MS, CCE, IOM, President & CEO, Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director, Bonita Springs Estero Economic Development Council

Drumroll please… AND NOW, we are proud to announce that our 2015 Small Business of the Year Award goes to Entech! Actually, the award was announced at our Chamber’s Membership Appreciation & Awards Luncheon earlier this week, but we wanted to include you in the fun.

If you are not familiar, the Small Business of the Year Award Program is designed to recognize the dedication, achievement, and entrepreneurial spirit displayed by an exceptional local small business. In our opinion, small businesses are a vital piece of the region’s economic foundation and make the Bonita Springs area a great place to live, work, and play.  Once again, an outside independent judging panel comprised of a collection of various chamber leaders from around the nation, reviewed eleven nominees before selecting Entech as the 2015 Small Business of the Year.

Each time I see emotions of joy, surprise, or excitement, light up the face of newly nominated recipients. Kyle Cebull, Chief Marketing Officer for Entech, who accepted the award, was humbled by the recognition and says, “We are honored to receive this award out of all of the other deserving businesses that were nominated and we look forward to continuing to serve the community.” Entech is an innovative technology company that seeks to improve the lives of its clients by providing solutions that help organizations and individuals to reach their goals. Founded by Martin Haas in 1998 in his mother’s garage, Entech has since grown into a full-fledged IT Consulting Company whose clients include some of Southwest Florida’s most prestigious businesses.

Next year, I encourage you to apply.  If you are a Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce member in good standing, have been a member for at least three consecutive years, have fewer than 100 employees, and demonstrate a commitment to the community, let your voice be heard and your efforts recognized.
