Southwest Florida International Airport has a 12,000 ft major runway. The midfield terminal complex that was completed in 2005 includes a 790,000 sq ft terminal, new taxiway and related roadways. There are a variety of restaurants, newsstands and giftshops including Starbucks within the terminal for you to enjoy. RSW is serviced by all major airlines, offers international flights and holds Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) status. A second runway is scheduled to open in 2010.
