Leadership Bonita
The Leadership Bonita program provides a forum to identify, enlighten and engage current and future leaders to improve the quality of life of the Bonita Springs community.
Leadership Bonita provides leadership-minded individuals with the opportunity to:

- Experience the community from public, business and individual perspectives.
- Develop interest in the future of Bonita Springs.
- Create an environment to inspire community leadership.
- Network the community’s decision makers and build relationships among class peers
Program Selection Criteria
- Candidates must be willing to commit to a mandatory retreat followed by all program sessions held September through May.
- Up to 24 individuals representing a cross-section of business, professional, educational, government, non-profit organizations and citizens-at-large, will be selected for each graduating class.
- Tuition is $1500 and many graduates are sponsored by their employer.
- A limited number of scholarships are available.
