The Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the ribbon cutting ceremony of Captain Ed’s Charter Boats in Bonita Springs on Wednesday, January 26th welcoming the business to the community.
Captain Ed’s Charter Boats– Captain Ed’s Charter Boats which has been operating on the waters in the Bonita Springs area for over 20 years is under new ownership. They provide Charters Boat Services for Back Bay Fishing Trips, Sunset Cruises, Sightseeing Tours and Specialty Cruises. The three 34’ pontoon boats will service local area residence and visitors. “All vessels are USCG approved, have an onboard restroom facility, a partially covered roof and are operated by licensed Captains,” stated by Gregg Bedell, manager, “Most of our charters are families who enjoy being on the water and sharing this unique experience of being together.” Captain Don Meister, Captain Kevin McKeever, Captain Tibe Larson and Captain Dean Polley all have Master Captain’s licenses and years of experience on the Back Bay waters of the Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and the north Naples area. Captain Ed’s is located in the Bonita Bay Marina but is open to the public.
