Fort Myers, Florida — The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Antoinette “Toni” Peck has joined the firm as an associate in the Divorce, Marital and Family Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, Peck owned and operated a solo law practice in LaBelle for nine years, focusing on marital and family law and other general litigation.
Peck handles all aspects of marital and family law, including adoptions, divorce, dependency matters, paternity, interstate jurisdictional issues, as well as unique laws pertaining to children of tribal nations. She prides herself on keeping her clients well informed, giving each prospective client an honest assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of their position, as well as alternatives to litigation, if available. Peck is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Minnesota.
Peck is very involved in the community and is a director of the Caloosa Humane Society Inc.’s Board of Directors and previously served as the Caloosa Humane Society’s pro bono legal counsel. She was among the first to participate in the inaugural class of the Florida Bar’s Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy and previously served on the Florida Bar Annual Convention Committee (2017). Peck has also been honored by Florida Rural Legal Services with its outstanding pro bono service award (2014-2016).
