With the COVID-19 occurance, Hoglund Family Hearing and Audiology has implemented measures to keep you safe while keeping you hearing at your best. Offices are offering Telemedicine appointments, Curbside Check-In and Curbside Drop-Off.
Telemedicine appointments are available for troubleshooting hearing aid concerns, reviewing service questions and even adjusting some devices from the comfort of your own home. All that is required is a smart phone, tablet or computer with a video camera, and an email address.
Curbside Check-In for in-office appointments eliminates congregation in our waiting room, in accordance with the social distancing recommendations. Patients are asked to call from the parking lot when they arrive, and they will be notified when their clinician is available. Patients are carefully screened for symptoms or exposure, and exam rooms and equipment are sanitized after each patient has left.
Curbside Drop-Off is for hearing aid repair, routine service and maintenance. Patients call the office to say they have arrived, and a staff member comes to their car to take the devices. The hearing aids are inspected, repaired, serviced and sanitized, and the patient is called to pick them up. Again, a call from the parking lot will have a staff member return them to the car.
To access any of these options or for more information, call Hoglund Family Hearing and Audiology at 239-908-0802 to schedule an appointment.
