Are you ready to Lead From Where You Stand? Impact SWFL is an innovative program for emerging leaders who want to fast-track their awareness of community issues, get involved with civic engagement and develop a personal leadership style.

Who is this for?

Up-and-coming professionals who want to make an impact in the community.

Program Fee: $1,000

What is the program format?

A six-month leadership development program made of three parts:

  1. Two full-day and four half-day sessions with guest speakers covering topics vital to your understanding of the community.
  2. Involvement in a team civic engagement project
  3. Participation in a small group sessions to explore and develop your leadership style.

When are the sessions?

Sessions will be held:
Opening session: Thursday, April 26 | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, May 24: 11:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, June 21: 11:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, July 26: 11:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, August 23: 11:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closing session: Thursday, September 27: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Participants will also spend 2-4 hours per month with their civic engagement and leadership groups.
