We’re a fast-paced mobility aid firm looking for a sharp minded Sales and Administrative Assistant.

DynaMD is a company owned by inventors, PHDs, doctors and physical therapists. We have developed a brand of mobility aids called Dynamo that has taken this category to a new level of looks, performance and comfort.

We are a two-year old, well-funded mobility aid technology company entering the sales phase of our business that is introducing game-changing innovation of crutches, canes and walkers to world. You’d be joining a highly collaborative team of talented folks who are passionate about what they do. The work environment is fast paced and fun, but we strongly believe in a life outside of the office. We don’t want you here until all hours of the night, although that may be necessary at times.

The ideal applicant should be extremely well organized, a stickler for detail, and be a wizard as a Sales and Administrative Assistant to support the company’s growth, both professionally and personally.

The position requires honesty, integrity, discretion, depth/intelligence, and a strong work ethic. All candidates should possess high-level interpersonal skills and communication with employees and customers here and abroad, unfailing professionalism, reliability, and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information while having fun.

You MUST be able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include responding to emails, phone calls, and digital communication, which are highly confidential and crucial in nature. You will work closely with the office manager and other team members.

Salary starts at $40-45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits will also be provided, including paid holidays, PTO, health insurance stipend, monthly cell phone contribution, and 401k.

Qualifications:

Executive Support experience of two-plus years, preferably with prior experience supporting an executive.

You will meet and exceed them with the following:

  • Prior experience performing accounting and human resource duties would be a plus.
  • MUST be very flexible and able to function in an on-call environment when needed.
  • Highly developed planning and organizing skills.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent listening, writing, editing, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Emotional maturity.
