Leadership SWFL is a community immersion program dedicated to developing business professionals with a greater understanding of the community and creating a network of individuals ready to serve on boards and in other volunteer leadership roles in the region.
The primary objective of Leadership SWFL is to educate business professionals about the economic, demographic and societal resources and challenges in the region.
Program participants develop life-long friendships and enduring professional connections.
The program includes a kick-off retreat September 24-25 and eight full-day Friday sessions. Many of our sessions have been rescheduled due to COVID-19. We will update this website as dates are confirmed.

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have postponed our large gatherings of events and programs through May 31.
Our Visitor Center and The Hub will also be closed during this time.
