She frequently conducts workplace training sessions, and she speaks to businesses and professional groups on various employment matters. Boy is the editor of the Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog and chair of the firm’s HR Law & Solutions annual conference.
Boy has been recognized for her professional achievements and community involvement. Boy is the Legislative Director for the SHRM SWFL Board of Directors. She is a graduate of the 2012 Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Leadership class and serves on its Board of Directors. Boy is also a Trustee for the Canterbury School.
