Scholarship Applications Now Available!
The Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation is dedicated to our youth. It aims to encourage them to expand their horizons and their imaginations. It seeks to help them fulfill their greatest potential and to make their futures stronger.
Award recipients will receive a $1,000 scholarship to assist them with the costs associated with continuing their education beyond high school.
Who is eligible to apply for a Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation scholarship?
Any current Estero High School senior, or any current high school senior that is a child of a Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Member, who:
- is planning to continue his or her education at a vocational/technical school, college or university
- has attained a 2.50 cumulative GPA or higher (grade point average on a 4.0 scale) for the previous three academic years (9th, 10th and 11th grades) and for the current year

CHINA: The Experience of a Lifetime
We are excited to announce we will be hosting a 9 day trip to China beginning October 15 – October 23, 2012. This trip is open to the public as well as chamber members. We will be hosting an informational orientation on January 24, 2012 at the Chamber from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Once in China, travelers will experience the culture, vast landscape and architectural details that Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou and Hangzhou have to offer. This wonderful opportunity to see China is a 9 day all inclusive trip including: round trip international airfare (economy class), 4 and 5 star hotel accommodations, 3 meals each day, deluxe bus tours, English speaking tour guides and entrance fees to cultural attractions, all for just $2,299.00. The trip begins at John F. Kennedy International Airport and travelers are responsible for their transportation to JFK. Click here for a detailed itinerary and additional information.
There is an optional business partnership program available as well. Select industries will have the opportunity to meet in person with Chinese business professionals to develop working relationships.
